A Gentec-EO Care Plan takes care of this for you, allowing you to focus on your core business. We maintain the highest quality standards for calibration and repair, because our world-class metrologists and calibration technicians design and perform the services.

Extend the manufacturer's warranty for 12 months

All Gentec-EO instruments include a standard manufacturer’s warranty for one year. Gentec-EO Care Plans add 12 months to the warranty, starting after the first-year warranty ends.

Turn-around time

Gentec-EO recalibration labs are optimized to turn your equipment fast to get it back to you as soon as possible. Calibration turnaround time is product-specific and may vary by product.

Included repairs

Wearable parts that fail due to normal wear and tear may be replaced up to one time per year per device.

Instruments showing signs of failure due to physical abuse, improper operation or application do not qualify for free repair and will be repaired at standard repair rates.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for returning and delivering the instrument to Gentec-EO for service. Customer shall:

  1. request an RMA (return material authorization) number before sending the covered instrument in for calibration or repair;
  2. package the instrument carefully in a proper shipping carton;
  3. ship the instrument to the designated Gentec-EO Service Center; and
  4. cover the shipping costs.

After service is completed, the customer shall also cover the shipping costs for the return.
