Félicien has a rich past in technology marketing and optical instrumentation sales. He obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in physics, as well as a master's degree in commercialization of physical instrumentation. He studied mainly in France, with a year at McGill University and an internship in Australia. He has been based in Quebec for the last ten years and has worked for INSO, Nüvü cameras, the Quebec Photonic Network and CRIQ.
