Recommended calibration intervals are 18 months for a new unit and 12 months for a recalibrated unit. The calibration interval can be changed by the customer at their own discretion.
Gentec-EO is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited. Any statement of compliance is made without taking measurement uncertainty into account and is based on the instrument's specifications.
The purchase of Germanium-based detectors requires the signature of an End-User Agreement to be provided after reception of the PO.
We do not sell or ship our products to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, and Iran. Orders originating from, destined for, or involving these countries will be rejected and cancelled.
