- Incoterms: EXW Quebec City, QC, CANADA
- Gentec-EO reserves the right to accept or reject an order.
- Recommended calibration intervals are 18 months for a new unit and 12 months for a recalibrated unit. The calibration interval can be changed by the customer at their own discretion.
- Gentec-EO is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited. Any statement of compliance is made without taking measurement uncertainty into account and is based on the instrument's specifications.
- The purchase of Germanium-based detectors requires the signature of an End-User Agreement to be provided after reception of the PO.
