After over 50 years of experience in the laser beam measurement business, we have developed many customized solutions, sometimes for very unusual applications.

- Temperature-controlled pyroelectric detector for laser power measurement from nW to 0.5 mW
- Optical trap detector for laser power measurement up to 1 mW

User manual update
- MAESTRO user manual was updated to version 9.7
- HP series user manual was updated to version 4.1
- QE series user manual was updated to version 3.7
Software update
- PC-Beamage was updated to version 1.07.02. Serial commands *ACTGSCALE and *CTLJPGSAVE were added.
- BEAMAGE LabView examples were updated to version 1.02.08. A new user interface was developed and the following serial commands were added: *CTLBMPSAVE, *CTLJPGSAVE and *ACTGSCALE.
- BEAMAGE .NET framework example was updated to version 1.00.06. A new user interface was developed and the following serial commands were added: *CTLBMPSAVE, *CTLJPGSAVE and *ACTGSCALE.

What is the minimum repetition rate of a pulsed laser when used with a power detector?
Average power measurement of a pulsed laser can be a really tricky thing. The slower the repetition rate, the harder it is to get a stable measurement. So what is the minimum repetition rate to get stable and reliable measurements? Myriam Blanchet from Gentec-EO answers this question in this video.
