User manual update

MAESTRO user manual was updated to version 9.7
HP series user manual was updated to version 4.1
QE series user manual was updated to version 3.7

Software update

PC-Beamage was updated to version 1.07.02. Serial commands *ACTGSCALE and *CTLJPGSAVE were added.
BEAMAGE LabView examples were updated to version 1.02.08. A new user interface was developed and the following serial commands were added: *CTLBMPSAVE, *CTLJPGSAVE and *ACTGSCALE.
BEAMAGE .NET framework example was updated to version 1.00.06. A new user interface was developed and the following serial commands were added: *CTLBMPSAVE, *CTLJPGSAVE and *ACTGSCALE.

Average power measurement of a pulsed laser can be a really tricky thing. The slower the repetition rate, the harder it is to get a stable measurement.
