UP product update
1. Calibration Tag Update
Historically, our detectors have included small plastic tags attached to the detector cables to hold calibration date stickers. Going forward, these plastic tags will be discontinued. To ensure calibration information remains easily accessible, calibration date stickers will be applied directly to either the DB15 connector or the INTEGRA housing, as illustrated in the examples below.

This change is effective immediately. During a transition period, customers may receive products with either the previous or the updated labeling configuration.
2. Removal of Rear Plug on UP Detector Heads
Some of our UP detectors currently feature a plastic plug located on the rear of the detector head. While this component was beneficial for certain custom applications utilizing an amplified PCB, it is not required for standard detector operation.
We have therefore begun manufacturing UP detectors without this rear opening and plug. This design enhancement does not affect the specifications, functionality, or performance of any UP detector model. Customers can continue to expect the same high level of reliability and performance.
Updated mechanical drawings reflecting this change are now available on our website. As with the calibration tag update, a transition period will apply, during which products may be shipped with or without the rear plug.
We appreciate your continued trust in our products and remain dedicated to delivering quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across our portfolio.
Product Finder update
We’ve improved our Product Finder! You can now check whether a specific product is compatible with your requirements, rather than only asking which products are compatible.
